With the rapid growth of our natural gas industry,it is the rising of the construction of natural gas transport station.As an important part of the gas pipelines,the gas transmission station not only has the functions of measurement,distribution,pressure regulation,etc.,but also the intermediate link connecting the natural gas pipelines.The risk management and control situation of the gas transmission station is crucial to the safety of the gas pipeline network and the operation of the national economy and the life of the residents.It should be highly valued.This paper takes M natural gas transmission station in Shaanxi-Beijing gas transmission network as the research object,combining the risk management and control status of M natural gas transmission station,analyzing the existing problems and causes of the problems of risk management and control system of the station from the dimensions of managers,risk assessment methods and management measures,and determines the optimization objectives of the risk management and control system,from the aspects of defining risk management and control personnel,establishing risk management and control work supervision mechanism,improving the existing risk assessment system based on risk matrix scoring method.This paper puts forward the optimization scheme of the risk management and control system of the sub-station,and puts forward the safeguard measures to ensure the implementation of the optimization scheme of the risk management and control system from organization,system,personnel and incentive.The research results have important significance for improving the risk management and control level of M natural gas transmission station,and also have certain reference significance for other natural gas transmission stations to strengthen the risk management and control.
