With the increase of China’s offshore oil exploitation, the amount of offshore drilling platform is increasing, and the geographical position of oil platform is special and the environment is bad. The structure and frame of the platform are severely corroded. In order to extend the service life of the platform and the platform, and to protect the safety of the platform, it is very important to protect the metal structure and prolong its service life. CNOOC’s oil exploitation platform as the national and fire prevention units and key supervision departments, the production of a large number of flammable, explosive oil and natural gas, and therefore the existence of a large number of platforms to be involved in the safety, quality and other risks. How to carry out risk management is directly related to the safety of personnel, engineering quality and safety production in the future, so the research has practical significance.In this thesis, we use the theory of project risk management to research the risk of the platform corrosion protection project. By using expert analysis method to identify risk in the project, the risk assessment of the risk management, the risk management of the project of the Zhanjiang branch of China offshore oil company, a reasonable risk management method is put forward.
