Emulsion pump is the main equipment to provide power for hydraulic support in the fully mechanized working face. It is mainly used for fully mechanized coal face, the poor working environment,dust, ash, and under the external load and need to continuous operation. Therefore, the safety of the emulsion pump, reliability, stability and other requirements will be very strict. It is produced by British RMI LeiBo pump station and structure is simple, stable, reliable, maintenance and other characteristics of the domestic emulsion pump can not reach. For this purpose, it is important to carry out the research work of S375 pump, and to ensure the efficient, safe and orderly operation of the fully mechanized coal face. According to the design standard of the reciprocating pump, the structure of the S375 emulsion pump is analyzed, designed and developed.Firstly, the basic structure and the important components of S375 emulsion pump are analyzed. The working principle of each part of the structure is analyzed by the actual working conditions. Analysis and calculation of the structural parameters of the emulsion pump, so as to determine its basic structure parameters. Next, the movement of S375 emulsion pump is analyzed, mathematical modeling is derived, and the motion of the piston is obtained by using Matlab software. Meanwhile, the flow of the emulsion pump is analyzed under different lag angles. Mathematical modeling and simulation analysis are derived, and the pulsation of the instantaneous flow rate of the pump is obtained at different lag angles. By comparison and analysis, the influence of pump motion on the flow pulsation of the pump is obtained. Flow pulsation is bound to cause the pressure fluctuation of the system. The pressure pulsation can produce a hydraulic impulse, so the system is analyzed, and the model of the system is established. Using AMEsim software to simulate the pump system, the hydraulic impact of the system is obtained. The basic performance parameters of the pump can be in accordance with the practical results. Finally, static analysis was carried out on the pump of the crankshaft, connecting rod for dynamic analysis. Through Workbench simulation analysis can be concluded that the two parts of structure design is reasonable. To determine the structure parameters of two important parts design conform to the requirements of the theory.In this paper analysis the S375 emulsion pump parameters and performance for further design and optimization, S375 emulsion pump to provide theoretical basis.
