In this paper,after consulting the five cylinder single acting mud pump related literature,analysis and comparison of domestic and foreign mud pump research status as well as offshore drilling platform and unconventional shale oil and gas exploration and development of mud pump has small displacement,large mass problems.Weight loss on offshore drilling mud pump design requirements,considering the length of the crank and connecting rod length,eccentricity,the optimized design parameters such as plunger stroke,the introduction of intelligent algorithm,for five single acting mud pump cylinder crankshaft system,a multi-objective parameter optimization design,finally realizes the large displacement,lightweight,low flow pulsation of five cylinder pump design goal.Preliminarily determined five single acting mud pump cylinder of main technical parameters,complete five cylinder single acting mud pump principle,structure design,through the Solid Works software 3 d modeling,Workbench finite element analysis method is used to calculate the strength and rigidity of mud pump crankshaft and the analysis of the mechanical properties,and use the sequential quadratic programming method and simulated annealing algorithm of crankshaft connecting rod mechanism,structure optimization,get lower values of stress concentration,higher structural strength of crankshaft connecting rod mechanism.The hydraulic end of mud pump hydraulic performance analysis,through the MATLAB software programming,draw the mud pump in the working condition of discharge and suction of transient flow characteristic curve,through comparison and analysis of traditional triplex mud pump and five single acting mud pump cylinder in discharge manifold flow pulsation,under the same power,cylinder diameter and speed,five cylinder compared single acting mud pump triplex pump flow fluctuation is not uniformity can be reduced by 66%,emissions increased by 41.3%.Fluent software is used to set fluid boundary conditions at the pump valve,simulate the flow state of the mud at the pump valve,analyze the speed of the mud at the pump valve and the pressure impact on the pump valve structure,so as to improve the structure of the five-cylinder single acting mud pump vulnerable parts to improve its service life.For large displacement,lightweight,low flow pulsation of five cylinder pump design goal,the general design of five single acting mud pump cylinder after the crankshaft structure and hydraulic performance analysis and intelligent algorithm to optimize hydraulic end,through an appropriate adjustment of mud pump structure,main technical parameters optimization of the crankshaft system with power,cylinder diameter and speed under five cylinder single acting mud pump rate increased by 4.4%,8.7% lower flow fluctuation,quality of crankshaft system calculation by 6.5%.
