Cementing is an important step in the process of drilling, and cementing pump is an important equipment in cementing operation, and the three plunger pump is the mainstream of domestic and foreign cementing stage cementing pump. The three cementing pump plunger has put forward higher requirements, mainly reflected in the pressure, pressure is more and more high, capacity is more and more big, more light weight, the volume is more and more small, the cost as low as possible.Three plunger cementing pump of this research is the radial piston pump, using the crank and connecting rod drives the three piston reciprocating motion, with the help of the reciprocating movement of the piston to the working chamber volume in the liquid cylinder working chamber vary periodically, feed----discharge pressure.In the case part of plunger pump, used abroad is integral precision casting, good rigidity, seismic performance.
