The multi-opposed plunger pump with large flow and high pressure is a new type of plunger pump,which adopts the multi-plunger bilateral symmetrical arrangement.The multi-plunger can achieve the goal of large flow and the bilateral symmetrical arrangement can offset the force of the crankshaft.Because there is no available flow and disturbing force performance analysis method,the pump often have problems,such as insufficient flow pressure,and large noise generated by vibration,etc.Those problems have a certain impact on the performance stability and market competitiveness of multi-opposed plunger pump.In order to solve the above problems,this paper put forward the analysis method and optimization method of flow and disturbing force performance.Based on the proposed performance analysis method of flow and disturbing force,the software for performance analysis of multi-opposed plunger pump should be developed,which can realize the performance analysis of flow and disturbing force of multi-opposing plunger pump.The specific research contents of this paper is as follows.(1)Structure analysis and establishing the model of multi-opposed plunger pump.Aiming at the special structure of multi-opposed plunger pump,the pump is analyzed from two aspects of structure and working principle.The model of flow and disturbing force performance analysis and optimization is established,and the symbols in this paper are explained systematically.(2)Proposing the flow analysis method and the flow fluctuation optimization method of multi-opposed plunger pump.According to established the model of multi-opposed plunger pump,the calculation formula of the flow is deduced,and the reason of the flow fluctuation is analyzed.Taking the 3DW80/16 plunger pump as an example,with the optimization goal of minimizing the non-uniformity coefficient of flow,the optimization objective function is established.And the optimization parameters crank length R,connecting rod length L,and plunger diameter D are selected as the structural parameters to optimize the objective function.The particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to obtain the optimal combination of structural parameters,and the difference in flow pulsation before and after optimization is analyzed.(3)Proposing the disturbing force analysis method and disturbing force balance method of multi-opposed plunger pump.According to established the model of multi-opposed plunger pump,the calculation formula of the disturbing force is deduced and the disturbing force is analyzed by simulation.Different balancing methods are proposed for the rotating disturbing force and the reciprocating disturbing force,and the difference before and after the balance of the multi-opposed plunger pump is compared.(4)Developing the performance analysis software for multi-opposed plunger pump.Based on the performance analysis method of multi-opposed plunger pump proposed in part(2)and(3),the GUIDE toolbox of MATLAB is used to develop the simulation software for flow analysis and disturbing force analysis of multi-opposed plunger pumps.
