The status quo of China’s oil drilling is toward to the development of low permeability oil and gas reservoir,ultra deep well.Hydraulic fracturing technology has attracted much attention because of its unique advantages.Fracturing pump act as the core equipment of hydraulic fracturing process,its working performance is directly related to the fracturing time efficiency and economic cost.Because of the technical monopoly and data security etc,rarely researches and literatures can be retrieved on fracturing pump(especially high pressure fracturing pump).In China Sinopec Petroleum Engineering Machinery Co.Ltd fourth Machinery Factoryas the representative enterprises,although specially designed and built cementing and fracturing equipment simulation test field which can test the fracturing equipment manufacturing and assembly quality and performance.However,its performance index can be detected relatively broad,and the performance parameters tested of the hydraulic unit are less and less.Therefore,it is particularly important to put forward a set of feasible test bench design and data acquisition system for real-time detection performance of fracturing pump fluid end of each key component.This paper,based on in-depth research of domestic and foreign research on the technical level of the plunger type fracturing pump status and test bench design and research on the status quo,puts forward a high feasibility test bench design for the working performance of the hydraulic fracturing pump end real-time monitoring of the key parts.Under the clear object detected of the environmental movement and use characteristics,the installation bench and the structure of the hardware is designed.At the same time,high speed data acquisition software for monitoring the performance of the hydraulic fracturing pump end is designed to carry out a full-scale test and the dynamic characteristics of the key parameters of the real-time monitoring of plunger pump at work is monitored.And the test data are postprocessing for in-depth analysis of the mechanism and the influencing factors of the dynamic characteristics.This paper mainly carried out the following research works:(1)The research of the work mechanism of hydraulic fracturing pump.The current situation of domestic and overseas researchesof the movement basic theory and the test analysis of the fracturing pump fluid end parts is carried out.The design requirement of terminal performance of real-time monitoring system of hydraulic fracturing pump is established.(2)Study of the work mechanism of hydraulic fracturing pump end.Through the detailed analysis of the hydraulic end suction under the condition of normal displacement,and the plunger motion model,and the suction chamber pressure variation model,and the mathematical model for the movement of the valve,understand its basic characteristics and provide a sufficient basis for the sensor performance real-time monitoring system performance requirements of fracturing pump fluid end.(3)Design of the sensor group of the real time monitoring system.According to the structure of the 2800 type five cylinder fracturing pump,the structure of the all sensors are designed by using the 3D CAD software.Based on the ANSYS finite element analysis software APDL and the theoretical formula,the structure parameters are validated.At the same time the design and the calculation of key parametersof the cavity pressure sensor is completed.(4)Design of real-time monitoringacquisition system hardware and software.According to the basic parameters of sensor components,the high speed data acquisition is designed.The use of C#Visual language in Studio2010 environment is made to design the supporting the real-time monitoring system of data acquisition software.(5)Full size indoor test.On the basis of the designed real time monitoring system of working performance of fracturing pump fluid end,the five cylinder type 2800 fracturing pump is tested.The dynamic characteristics of the key parameters of the plunger pump at work are monitored for detemining the change rule.The test data is postprocessed for an in-depth analysis,while the influencing factors and dynamic characteristics are studied.Through this research,it is able to detect and analy the performance parameters of the plunger type fracturing pump fluid end,which can be used to guide the optimal design of fracturing pump fluid end and new product development.The working performance of the plunger type fracturing pump will be further improved,and the fracturing pump on the market competitiveness and the share will be improved. |
