| The quality of wire manufacturing process is a key factor affecting the quality of cigarette, the moisture content of materials is an important physical indexes of tobacco quality,moisture in large fluctuations will seriously affect the internal quality of cigarettes.. In order to improve the Sigma level of the moisture content of the 8000Kg/h roll, the output of this line is the largest of the Taishan(red) cigarette as the research object.In this thesis, we study the 8000Kg/h Taishan(red general) cigarette for the low level of water cut, and find the improvement direction of the project through the analysis method of Six Sigma. First, we measur the R&R(cross) 8000Kg/h volume of tobacco leaf silk thread TM710 infrared moisture meter MSA analysis to ensure the accuracy and accuracy of the measurement system. Then find the 12 potential key factors of cigarette sigma level of moisture content effect of 8000Kg/h(Taishan red general) by drawing the detailed flow chart,C&E matrix and FEMA analysis.Last find 6 key factors to analyze the improvement of research such as the remoistening water flow fluctuation, RCC incoming water, water valve,steam valve opening, HXD water, HXD incoming air temperature by the 4 key factors of the resurgence of control, hot air temperature RCC breakdown number, RCC drum production before the warm-up, such as the incoming water feeding fluctuation, remoistening rapid improvement and verified one by one on the remaining 8 potential key factors, After find the key factors,implementation improvement through the improvement of equipment, parameter optimization and strengthening management of Taishan(red general) in each process of water content of each factor sigma low level.Project team tracked the improvement effectiveness for a period of two months and collected production data from each key processes, finding that moisture content Sigma level of Taishan(Red General) Leaf cigarette silk increased from 3.19 the baseline before improved,to 4.17 after improved, which exceeded the optimal target level of the project and reduced potential risk failure of the low moisture content sigma level of each process. In addition to obtaining one hundred fifty million yuan / year of direct economic benefits, the modifying measures improved the enterprise’s production management level and the equipment support capabilities, ensured that the inherent quality of products, also achieved accurate control of production, which had a positive meaning for improving the physical quality and stableinternal sensory quality of Taishan(red General) cigarettes.To maintain continuous improvement of the obtained results, the project team will documented and sequenced the improve measures in order to control and to make the appropriate changes from the organizational system in their daily work. |
