In recent years, urban car ownership in China has an increasing trend, in order to reduce the air pollution caused by automobile exhausting, gasoline quality standards in China is also rising, and plans to supplier V standard automotive gasoline and diesel nationwide in 2007. S Zorb catalytic cracking gasoline adsorption desulfurization technology(short for S Zorb technology) was developed by ConocoPhillips International Inc(Conoco Phillips Company), it is mainly for catalytic cracking gasoline to the fraction of adsorption desulfurization technology, the technology has the advantages of low hydrogen consumption, high desulfurization efficiency, low loss of octane number, etc, and it is one of the key technologies to the production of ultra low sulfur gasoline, upgrading product quality. In 2007, China’s first S Zorb catalytic . cracking gasoline adsorption desulfurization device was activated in the China petrochemical group’s branch company in Yanshan, Beijing, after put into production, China petrochemical group company purchase the technology and improvements to the technology localization. This paper takes an enterprise as an example, and study for environmental risk assessment of S zorb catalytic gasoline adsorption desulfurization device and supporting system.The paper refers to the guidelines, standards proposed evaluation methods from "construction project environment risk assessment technology guideline", and takes the S zorb catalytic gasoline adsorption desulfurization device and supporting system as the research object, on the basis of the survey data of study area, from risk identification, the evaluation level, maximum credible accident and the source term analysis, risk impact prediction, etc, to carry out risk evaluation, and puts forward environmental risk emergency and management measures. Prediction software is atmospheric environmental assessment professional auxiliary software (EIA ProA). The research found that equipment involved in the main raw materials, products and intermediate products are flammable and explosive, poisonous and harmful substances. Production system constitutes a major hazards, main risks are fire, explosion and toxic and poisonous and harmful material leakage. Risk prediction results show that when the acid gas pipeline engineering SO2 risk accident, half lethal concentration and damage levels don’t appear; gasoline burning associated pollutants CO the risk of accidents, the biggest range of half lethal concentration is 15m. According to the sensitive target screening results around the project area, we can know within the scope of 1500m, there are no permanent residents. The projects set up water pollution accident tertiary prevention and control system, this measure can effectively control the project accident sewage factory. For the environmental risk management, the enterprise established "The total budget of the company accident (piece) of emergency preparedness" and the specific plan. Finally, the environmental impact of environmental risk accidents can be controlled within the acceptable range.
