Abstract/Summary:
Based on SP3420 Gas Chromatography, a Micro-reactor GC on-line analysis system was developed in the laboratory. By the integrated unit, the effect of some basic factors including reaction temperature, reaction time, the catalyst/oil ratio and catalyst activity on the catalytic cracking reaction of gasoline was studied.Two types of gasoline are used in the present study. One is straight-run gasoline. Through catalytic cracking, the yield of LPG reached 40 wt% with an olefinicity of 60 wt%. The experimental results also showed the hydrocarbon group of gasoline was changed. The content of naphthenes was significantly decreased, and the content of aromatics and olefins were slightly increased.Another gasoline used in the study is FCC gasoline. Through catalytic cracking, approximately 30wt% gas was produced, among which the yield of LPG reached about 90%, and olefinity(C2=~C4=) reached above 70%. The hydrocarbon group of gasoline was also changed. The content of olefins was significantly decreased by approximately 20wt%.
