In2013China will implement gasoline State IV emission standard, so how toimprove the quality of gasoline, reducing sulfur content in gasoline in refinery ismajor problem currently. S Zorb adsorption desulfurization technology for Gasolineis based on adsorption principle for desulfurization by adsorption, and adsorptsselectively the sulfur atom of sulfur-containing compounds to desulphury, is themost promising technology to achieve zero sulfur desulfurization targets currently.Thesis using a large number of production operation data, analyses the S Zorbgasoline adsorption desulfurization technology for industrial application, it isconcluded that the technology has high desulfurization rate (sulfur can be decreasedto10μg/g), octane number loss is small, the operating cost is low advantage; Thesisdiscusses the problems existing in industrial application: material/reaction heatexchanger fouling, the reactor cross tube feeding difficultly, regenerator, sorbentagglomerates filter reverse blow valve leakage, lock hopper pipeline blockage.Through theoretical and experimental analysis, thesis put forward a series ofimprovement measures such as stabilize gasoline directly flowing into the S Zorbdevice, the reactor put at the lower part, regeneration air dryer upgrade, lock hopperadopting auxiliary fluidized measures; combining with the design of1500000tons/year S Zorb device in Luoyang petrifaction, thesis put forward the devices for thedesign, and improvement and development suggestions of the S Zorb adsorptiondesulfurization technology are put forward.
