| Mountain torrent disaster is one of the main land of natural disasters caused casualties, has become the emphasis and difficulty in the current China’s flood control and disaster mitigation work. Complicated geographical situation in Guangxi, Guangxi towns and there are unreasonable and unscientific preventing mountain flood disasters prevention security hidden danger, once appear sudden extreme weather, is bound to be on the development of mountainous area county town of the national economy of Guangxi serious losses. Therefore, this article study and find a practical and accords with the practice of Guangxi mountain torrent disaster prevention and control measures. For achieving the disaster prevention and mitigation purpose, to speed up the county economy and the rapid development of urbanization in Guangxi has important practical significance.This paper based on the project management theory, teases the basic situation this project implementation management background, content, implementation plan and so on, summarized the achievements of this project has been, and objective analysis of the project is still prominent problems.
