Project process control in project management has a very important position, therefore, many scholars in home is becoming pay more and more attention to project process control theory and research methods. In this paper, we will take the Matou power plant's 6# unit FGD transformation project for the example of project process control. According to the basic theoretical knowledge of project process control, we will carry out a systematic study of this technical transformation project, Finally, we will use Fuzzy evaluation to evaluate this technical transformation scientific and objective.
