Green food follows the principles of sustainable development, which is produced in accordance with specific production methods. This kind of food could be licensed to use the non-polluting green signs after being recognized by the specialized agencies, so the green food is a kind of safety, quality and nutritious food. Green food stresses the whole process of quality control that from the land to the table.The study discusses the research status of wine grape and standardized production of agricultural products at home and aboard, and also focus on the analysis of Chinese wine grape and wine manufacturing status of standardization of green products.The research studies the wine grape producing areas of Hebei advantages.According to production requirements of the green food product standards, combined with the habits and cultivation of wine grapes, this study proposes the standard regulations of environment, vineyard development and soil fertilizer in order to maximize the protection of the environment, to ensure the safety and quality of raw materials for wine production.According to the relevant national standards, in this research, we analyze and evaluate the atmosphere, soil, irrigation water, and so on in the base; and discuss the effects of different types of organic fertilizer, different production levels, different farming methods on the quality of grapes; then we choose one wine grape enterprise as the subject to evaluate the economic benefits of green food production standards.In summary, this research proposes a relatively sound domestic standardized production system of green food based on the national origin protection areas -Changli areas.
