Research On Ecological Compensation Based On Agricultural Versatility

With rapid development of global economy, especially in developing countries, industries begin to have a good start. at the same time bring environmental pollution and ecological destruction, spreading fast and making a great damage, which becomes the focus of global attention and hot issues. So, it is a problem worth considering that how to develop the economy and at the same time protect the environment and promote the ecological balance, especially in developing countries.Ecological compensation is raised in this context, hoping to make a sustained development between the economy and ecological service function. At present the rural economy develop rapidly, rural life changed dramatically, the comprehensive production capacity of rural enhances unceasingly. But, in contrast, the rural environmental pollution is at a surprising speed, the rural ecological damage is beyond the imagination of ordinary people, which is related to the single function structure of China’s agriculture function structure. So the versatility of agriculture research makes widely attention, especially the agricultural ecological service function that is to promote the protection of the agricultural ecological environment. In addition, the agricultural economic function, social function and cultural function of political also play important roles.This paper summarizes the connotation of the ecological compensation and agricultural versatility, and makes an analysis of the relationship between agriculture versatility and the sustainable development, and it has a consistency among the theory background, content, characteristics and so on. At the same time, from a new point of view of agricultural versatility, it makes an inductive research on different types of ecological compensation at home and abroad based on the different types of various ecological compensation practice, such as cross-border river basin ecological compensation in China, mainly in water as a standard for compensation; In the forest ecological compensation, the most commonly used or public pay mode; Similarly, in ecological compensation of cultivated land, mostly is the government as the leading factor, through policy implementation, and cultivated land protection. To explore the influence of ecological compensation patterns at the same time, it also reflects the thinking of the versatility of agriculture, so as to get a conclusion:that is, in the case of the ecological compensation of success, no matter what type, the ecological function of agriculture is to be considered as the primary factor, then will be the economic or social, cultural and political functions.Therefore, this article hopes to be able to show a new perspective, which is when practicing ecological compensation, giving consideration to agriculture diversity and provide a new method for our country’s agricultural development practice.
