The Virtual Training Technology and oilfield fracturing combined, providing staff with a realistic virtual fracturing environment, greatly enhance the professional skills of employees. But in order to achieve a more realistic simulation effect, the virtual system resource data will be very large, this creating a great burden for the dynamic rendering system, currently on how to achieve the optimization of large-scale scenes is still a hot and even a difficult applied research.This paper presents a simulation-based training system for oilfield fracturing, aims to truly restore the the fracturing site and the whole process of fracturing through this system. In order to solve the too large system caused by realistic effects, making it slow to load and the screen flashes and serious Caton phenomenon when run on a web page. This paper uses a improved scene optimization method based on LOD technique in virtools, which combines the LOD technology,scenes b lock and viewpoints related. Through experimental verification, Proved that the method is correct and effective. In the process of model optimization, we found the overall appearance of the model sometimes was destroyed, Therefore, In this paper, in-depth study of the progressive mesh algorithm and carried out experiments to solve the problem.In this paper, fracturing simulation training systems is full compliance with the fracturing process and operating procedures standard, provide a good interactive learning.
