Study On Compensation Standard For Marine Ecology In Reclamation Area

So far, our country’s Marine ecological compensation system has not yet been established, especially Marine ecological compensation standard is a critical technical problems need to solve.Determination of Marine ecological compensation standard is the key technical problems of the construction of the Marine ecological compensation mechanism. Proposed by this paper reasonably assess the ecological damage of reclaiming land from the sea, building damage based on the ecosystem service value of reclaiming land from the sea ecological compensation standard, combined with the stakeholders and the public to participate in the analysis, finally determine the Marine ecological compensation standard of more scientific and reasonable, as a case study of Jiangsu reclamation performance with the sea to carry out the case study, in order to reclaiming land from the sea in our country’s management to provide technical references for ecological compensation. This paper adopts theoretical analysis and the research method of combining the typical area. In sorting, analysis of the relevant research materials and refined on the basis of, to reclaiming land from the sea impact on Marine ecosystem and its service value evaluation method research, build based on ecosystem service value of the Marine ecological compensation standard technical system, and case study in Jiangsu coastal tidal flats ecological compensation standard technology, to develop Marine ecological compensation benchmark, and according to the different way with the sea on the degree of the influence of ecological service function, proportion, and the ecological service function combined with the stakeholders and the public to participate in the analysis, determine the different mode of ecological compensation correction coefficient with the sea, Marine ecological compensation evaluation model was constructed.
