Qinling mountains is one of three east-west mountain range runs through China, but also is Chinese most important north-south geographical dividing line. Qinling mountains has affected the north-south area temperature, climate and terrain difference to a great extent of china. It is in close relations between the occurrences of rainstorm disaster and geographical environment. Rainstorm forecast has been the difficulty and emphasis of the relevant departments. Because of the rainstorm disaster intensity, short and sudden features, which makes it very difficult to prevent and control. These emergency rescues bring a lot of trouble and challenge for government departments.Tourist should know some knowledge and skills of disaster prevention and reduction in the tour, avoiding the personal safety and property loss bringing by the occurrence of rainstorm disaster. The study is on the basis of review the literature and studies a lot of related theoretical knowledge. The main content of this study is reduction behavior of tourists risk perception about Qinling mountains rainstorm disaster. First carries on related processing to the actual investigation data, then according to Li Kete’s five point scale and converted the sub options of reduction behavior index into can be calculation and measurement’s digital. Using the SPSS 19.0 does principal component analysis calculate weight, and into the disaster behavior model calculating tourists reduction disaster behavior index of each scenic spot. Then calculate the significant difference between tourists reduction disaster behavior and individual attributes of tourists. There have significant factors and non significant of influence factors. Significant factors have divided into ordinal and categorical variables, then qualitative analysis of categorical variables and quantitative analysis of ordinal variables. Through correlation calculation and analysis, we can draw the following several conclusions:(1) Xian cuihua mountains tourists’reduction disaster behavior index puts the highest number 2.853, and the Ankang yinghu sets the lowest number 2.590. The others are as follows:Huayang old town’s number 2.820, Baojitaibai mountains’number 2.732, Shangluo gold rimmed gorge’s number 2.713, Xian taipingyu’s number 2.703, Ankang nangong mountains’ number 2.697. From the results we can see that the tourists who come from the different scenic area have the different judgments on tourists’ reduction disaster behavior index, but the difference between each other very little.(2) The significant difference between reduction disaster behavior and individual attributes of tourists were analyzed using the rank sum test for seven scenic spots. The results were obtained as follows:tourists’sex and marital status have no significant effects on reduction disaster behavior; there was significant effect between reduction disaster behavior of tourists and age, occupation, degree of culture, monthly income, tourism experience in recent two years, vehicle, residence time, and place of residence and the occurrence of rainstorm disaster happened in the past.(3) The significant effect of reduction disaster behavior tourists were divided into categorical variables and ordinal variables. Categorical variables are consisting of the occupation attribute, tourism experience and transport properties. The significant effect of reduction disaster behavior tourists of others are ordinal variables.(4) Ordinal variables were analyzed using correlation analysis. The results show: Tourists who are willing to participate in personal accident insurance, property, transportation or not have significant positive effect on cultural level, residence time and place of residence; Tourists who agree with scenic spots tickets with insurance or not has significant positive effect on cultural level and monthly income; Tourists who agree to improve disaster prevention and reduction facilities and management level through raising the ticket price or not has significant positive effect on monthly income; Tourists who are willing to cooperate with the implementation of disaster reduction engineering rainstorm disaster prevention or not has significant positive effect on cultural level and occurrence of rainstorm disaster happened in the past; Tourists who are willing to give advice for the scenic area of disaster prevention and reduction engineering and facilities or not has significant positive effect on age and residence time, opposite with cultural level; Tourists’ expectations for the government and scenic degree in the disaster prevention and reduction has significant positive effect on monthly income, opposite with cultural level and residence time; The scenic area is willing to strengthen infrastructure construction to withstand storm disaster expectations or not has significant negative effect on monthly income, residence time and occurrence of rainstorm disaster happened in the past; Tourists are satisfied with scenic staff arrangement or not has significant positive effect on age and residence time; Tourists are satisfied with scenic rescue equipment or not has significant negative effect on age, monthly income and residence time; Tourists are satisfied with scenic disaster reduction education or not has significant negative effect on age and cultural level; Tourists do preparatory work or not has significant negative effect on cultural level and residence time; Tourists are willing to security risks that inform others or not has significant positive effect on place of residence and occurrence of rainstorm disaster happened in the past.
