| As the core area of the development of tourism industry in Shaanxi, Qinling Mountains drives the economic development. However, rainstorm disasters have brought unprecedented threats and challenges for the tourism industry and local residents. This research focused on tourists in scenic spot, based on the risk theory, natural disaster theory, and the tourism risk perception theory, through the way of questionnaire, established the perception evaluation index of tourist’s disaster mitigation knowledge and the disaster mitigation attitude, the contrast of the tourists’perception of disaster mitigation knowledge and attitude who came from Qinling seven major scenic spots. In this paper, the research methods had the questionnaire survey, the AHP analytic hierarchy process and the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, using SPSS statistical software to analyze the rationality of the questionnaire, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. It is concluded that the main factors affecting the disaster mitigation knowledge and attitude, at the same time also can concluded the individual character difference of tourists. To further determine the index weight, get the disaster mitigation knowledge and attitude index, revealing the weak targets in the planning of disaster prevention and mitigation. Combined with the GIS technology, analysis the perceptual difference of tourists’ disaster mitigation knowledge and attitude in spatial scale.The conclusions were as follows:(1) The disaster mitigation knowledge perceived average level of Qinling Mountains tourists is relatively low, close to the pass level, scores less than the level of disaster mitigation attitude, show that the distance of tourists storm knowledge and tourists’ desired target is far away, especially in the rainstorm knowledge propaganda way, rainstorm disaster emergency plan, rainstorm disaster of natural causes and relationship between human activities and other indicators of the gap is obvious. The government and the scenic area should adopt multi-channel mode of transmission, spread rainstorm knowledge and knowledge of disaster prevention and mitigation with using the media, internet and even mobile terminal and other high-tech platform, build up emergency response plans as soon as possible, reduce the risk of tourism.(2) On the spatial scale, In respect to natural science knowledge of visitor, the score in the order of Huayang scenic,Taiping Forest Park,Cuihua mountain scenic,Taibai mountain scenic,Nangong mountain scenic,Jinsixia scenic,Yinghu scenic. In respect to knowledge of the relations between storm and human, the score in the order isHuayang scenic, Yinghu scenic,Cuihua mountain scenic, Taiping Forest Park, Jinsixia scenic, Taibai mountain scenic, Nangong mountain scenic. In respect to warning knowledge, the score in the order is Cuihua mountain scenic, Taiping Forest Park, Jinsixia scenic, Yinghu scenic, Huayang scenic, Nangong mountain scenic, Taibai mountain scenic. In respect to publicity channels of storm disaster, the score in the order is Taiping Forest Park, Huayang scenic, Nangong mountain scenic, Cuihua mountain scenic, Yinghu scenic, Jinsixia scenic, Taibai mountain scenic.(3) In tourists feature aspects, In respect to sex, mitigation knowledge perception, male is sensitive than female,but in mitigation attitude perception,female is higher than male.In respectto age, the order of mitigation knowledge perception score is 25-44,45-64,19-24,older than60 in; The order of mitigation attitude perception score is 45-64,25-44,19-24,older than 65. In respect to civilization, the order of mitigation knowledge perception and mitigation attitude perception score are master, undergraduates, senior middle school, junior high school, primary school. In respect to career, the order of mitigation knowledge perception score is enterprise staff, civil servants, student,worker, freelance, retired worker, farmer; the order of mitigation attitude perception score is civil servants, freelance,student, enterprise staff, farmer, retired worker, worker. In respect to storm experience, visitor who have the storm experience, the score higher than no storm experience visiter in mitigation knowledge and mitigation attitude perception.Based on study results, make disaster prevention and mitigation recommendations:(1) Scenic should pay attention to increase reduction disaster knowledge of tourist, increase natural science knowledge and warning system knowledge of storm, enhance tourist to understanding rainstorm knowledge, raise awareness of mitigation knowledge(2)Raise awareness of disaster reduction in rain storm, improving visitors’ attention in reconstruction work of resorts, actively organized tours to participate in disaster prevention drills and improve the skill of disaster prevention in the course of the exercise... |
