With China’s reform and opening deepening, economic gross is increasing, the demand for construction land is increasing, human engineering activities on the geological environment are constantly increasing, departments, construction units to fight the enemy separately, starting from the practical interests of the Department, the project and the place, in the project construction the geological disaster has taken some relative measures, but because of the lack of systematic consideration, it is considered not to place, leave for the future possibility is very large, therefore, increase the use of geological disasters risk assessment for construction, stand in the macroscopic angle of the overall planning of land use, multisectoral, multidisciplinary planning the prevention and control measures, more targeted and maneuverability, more system, make effective land to obtain the full use, play the most economic and social benefit.China’s land for the construction of geological hazard risk assessment work has more than10years, with the joint efforts of all sectors of society, geological hazard assessment work has the very big development, also has obtained the very good effect, and played a positive role in disaster prevention and reduction, but there are still many problems, because of the operational units of geological hazard assessment level uneven, understanding of the geological disasters are quite different, the final conclusion difference is very big, control effect of geological disaster is not just as one wishes, to improve the level of geological hazard risk evaluation, the risk assessment of geological disaster evaluation more standardized, conclusions and suggestions of pertinence and maneuverability stronger, better service to the society.This paper takes Yunnan Yuntianhua international chemical Limited by Share Ltd red phosphorus branch rain geological hazard Jing phosphogypsum yard expansion renovation project evaluation as an example, described the system of geological hazard assessment of the basic procedures and methods, analyzes the effects of geological environmental conditions of geological structure, hydrogeology, engineering geological conditions of geological disasters, focuses on the analysis of the construction and operation of intensified, causing the danger of geological hazard assessment, construction may be subject to prediction and assessment of geological hazard, and put forward control measures. This paper is structured as follows:(1) introduce the problem and points out the purpose and significance, and then explains the related theory assessment of geological hazards of construction and use method;(2) the geological hazard risk assessment from the planning and land acquisition scope of project analysis, geological environmental conditions of the site, site of the present situation of geological disasters, focuses on the analysis of the construction and operation of intensified, causing the danger of geological hazard assessment, construction may be subject to forecast the risk evaluation of geological disasters, according to the results of the assessment, the assessment is divided into geological hazard in (Ⅰ) region and the geological hazard medium (Ⅱ) district two district, finally the construction of appropriate for suitability difference.(3) according to the suitability of construction project and evaluation of results, in different engineering parts, put forward treatment measures.This paper focuses on the combination of theory and practice, pay attention to the actual availability of the methods used by sprinkling, Jing phosphogypsum yard expansion renovation project of geological hazard assessment and research of Yunnan Yuntianhua international chemical Limited by Share Ltd red phosphorus, rain, can accumulate some experience, to make a little contribution to the healthy development of hazard geology hazard assessment technology, especially the geological disaster management theory and practical problem of combination.
