China has a vast territory, abundant resources.In recent years, the demandfor natural resources which due to the rapid development of economy isincreasing, and the human unreasonable engineering activities,which lead togeological disasters. Economic development is affected, the safety of people’sand property are threatened. Disaster prevention and mitigation have becomeone of the important work of the people’s livelihood. Geological disasterevaluation is a basic work,which both at home and abroad have been highlyvalued. Well the foundation work can control countermeasure for thedevelopment and implementation of control measures and to provide ascientific basis for project management.In view of the above, the article combine the work of "The Survey andZoning of Geological Hazards in Dunhua city of Jilin province" use the regionalgeological environment data by field survey and collection of the disaster,application of fuzzy synthesize assessment on regionalgeological hazards ofquantitative analysis, the actual work becomes easy, practical, reasonable.First of all, this article introduces the natural geography of Dunhua city, thegenetic mechanism of geological disasters in Dunhua City collapses anddebris flow made a deep analysis,it discusses the geographical environment,geological background, climate, vegetation and human engineering activities,all kinds of control factors and disaster itselfrelationship. Then using fuzzysynthesize assessment method, it determine the main geology environmentaleffect of geological disasterfactors, it establishes the mathematical model ofregional geological hazard risk assessment.Fuzzy synthesize assessment using four criteria, the geological hazardsare divided into non prone areas, low prone areas, in the prone areas and highprone areas. The evaluation factors: geomorphology,topography, rainfall,vegetation coverage, human engineering activities.It use calculate weight ofeach evaluation factor value fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Finally, the fuzzy synthesize assessment, the calculation of the maximum membership degree,evaluation to degree level within the unit. Based on the random extraction of anunit of data as an example, a detailed description of the calculation process offuzzy synthesize assessment method. And the city of Dunhua in the regionbyusing the method to calculate the geological disasters, the susceptibility of eachevaluation unit, so as to determine thesusceptibility level of the unit.The article compares two kinds of evaluation methods of analysis. On theregional distribution of geological disasters, all can reflect DunHua geologicaldisaster-prone level, the results are basically the same, due to the differentevaluation methods and indicators, it make some degree of regional geologicalhazards have certain difference, but in general, two kinds of evaluationmethods and the selection of evaluation index system is effective and reliable.Compared with the actual survey results analysis, fuzzy synthesize assessmentof the results of the quantitative calculation and the actual survey results. It alsoprove the feasibility,the validity and superiority of this method.
