At present, How to protect the forest and achieve sustainable forest management is one of the main topics of research in the world.it is very important to China like such a forest resources is unevenly distributed, the structure is not reasonable, per capita relatively poor developing countries.The system of forest law relying meanly on forest law of the People’s Republic of China of our country through the construction for many years has played a positive part in management and protection of forest resource, promoting the ecological function of the forest resource. Revising and perfecting the forest law trough use other advanced theory of country for reference and draw experience and lessons of the other country combine concrete conditions of China can let us to be a little undoubtedly walk in the detour. According to the comparison of the legal system of Sino-Russia forest resource, the thesis finds out something we can absorb and some lessons we can draw from which is the enlightenment to modification and perfection of the forest law of our country. |
