Concrete from the three main areas to carry outdetailed instructions. First, the forest legislation and the legal system can not besmoother convergence. Is not well coordinated between economic development andenvironmental protection, is punishment enough, a single remedial measures, andweak law enforcement forces.Third, foreign forest resources protection legislation system. Specifically, theUnited Kingdom, Canada, Sweden, the three countries, for example a detailedexplanation. First introduced in medieval England, the royal family in order toachieve its economic interests, political interests in forest resources, establishedpolicies and laws, and later the people to restrict their unequal rights "Forest Charterand the" Magna Carta "background and significance. Followed by Canada in forestprotection legislation, the first overview of Canada in the near future into a forestrycountry by the colonial countries and far ahead of other countries, an overview offorest resources protection legislation, and specifically from random felling, controllogging, forest protection, forest asset management, sustainable development offorest resources to the five aspects of Canada’s forest legislative history wereintroduced, reflecting its superiority in the legislation. Introduced in China through the exposition of the firstthree parts of the forest protection made great achievements, but there is obviouslyinsufficient, and need further improvement, so that it can more favorable to theprotection of forest resources. Embodied in the following three aspects: First, payattention to with the relevant laws, such as better coordination between the "PropertyLaw","Administrative Law", should also be better with the appropriate standards ofinternational law.
