Since the21st century, new trends have emerged in the development of presentworld economy. And market competition at home and abroad is increasingly fierce. Inthe trend of economic globalization, domestic enterprises increasingly feel the externalmarket competition in the final analysis is the talent competition among companies. Inthe early last century,The Service Profit Chain and the Employees First, CustomersSecond, which were the new thoughts impacted the traditional concept of thecustomer is god. As we all know, enterprise’s service quality is the key for companiesin the invincible position. If one Enterprise wants to win in service, he must transformperspective, focus on attracting and retaining talent and improve employee jobsatisfaction, so as to build a excellent staff team and improve their core competence.The paper takes Beijing S company as the research object, researching thepersonal factors and internal factors affecting employee satisfaction. By the way ofliterature, investigation and research methods and statistic analysis method, finding theproblems leading to low employee satisfaction, such as some kinds of small groups incompany,unreasonable compensation system,internal miscommunication and so on.Then we can put forward relative rationalization proposals, such as improvingenterprise’s management mode optimizing the structure of salary and benefits andcreating a Shared corporate culture, and so forth.
