The Research Of Many Problems In Procurement Management

As a kind of new management procedure, the supply chain management offers people a brand-new train of thought. By planning coordinating and controlling the material flows, information flows and the fund flows in the organizations and departments involved, supply chain management can optimize and raise the speed and of all the relevant courses and the net value added during the course, thus, the operation efficiency and the benefit of the organizations are promoted greatly.The procurement management problem is one of the most important content of supply chain management, and it has many more new traits compared with the traditional inventory control because of the changes of the enterprise's organization and management style. This paper focuses on the research in the vendor evaluation, BPR and the benefit in VMI in based on the procurement management of the assistant materials of an iron & steel limited company in northwestern (to abbreviate A company) , and this can be summarized as follows:(1) Having introduced the basic theory of the supply chain and the procurement management, and sketch the current research situation of the vendor evaluation, BPR and VMI at present. And the questions needs being studied are proposed.(2 ) Research on the vendor evaluation based on the company's reality.(3 ) Having analyzed and optimized the procurement's business process problem based on some reality of the company.(4) Having analyzed the procurement management of A company and the procurement stratagems are proposed, and set up the model of the benefit in VMI based on reality.
