Supply Chain Management essentially is a new business process management model for the whole business flow as a new concept of management science. Enterprises in the supply chain management environment optimizing external resources, integrating the internal resources which departures from the traditional mode of production optimization focus only on the narrow local perspective. From the perspective of the entire supply chain optimization and business process reengineering to achieve the synchronization operations and maximize efficiency of supply chain.Carrying on the procurement management of supply chain management environment is an important means to improve the core competitive strength for a modern enterprise. By analysis of Anli Corporation own situation and theory of vendor management, procurement management, inventory control and information system, this paper has discovered the identify deficiencies, and made recommendations to improve efficiency and achieve persistent competitive strength. Meanwhile, it has designed procurement system and inventory management based on order-driven under agile supply chain management environment and raised the idea of establishing strategic-cooperative partnership between corporations and suppliers. By the improvement of information systems, it has provided technical and information support for the enterprise to choose a suitable procurement management and inventory control. The study results of this paper can be useful as a reference to manufacturing enterprises in effective procurement, inventory and vendor management.
