With China’s reform and opening up, a large number of small and medium enterprises have grown up rapidly.The human resources management level are not fit for the growth. It gives a rise to a urgent need for a study on human resources management.As the core of human resources management,salary management is a vital problem. Enterprises should keep a differences payment with vary evaluationof staff scientificly in order to meet the need of employee from many aspects.It must infinitely close to satisfied both of the mental and material demand under the enterprise financial budget and give an competitive system of benefits for employees.This article starts from summaries a good many factors which effected the salary in the latest modern compensation theory with the salary plan of Wan Qiao intelligent technology Co. Ltd as an example. The analysis related to salary plan principle, mode and process in the view of human resource management. It gets summary of the status quo of Industry,strategy, position requirement and stuff expectation of Wan Qiao intelligent technology Co.,Ltd. It figures out the managing sticking point by employee satisfaction Survey and gives an optimized solution which can match the dynamic performance of both the personal and the enterprise to maintain a sustainable growth of the business.A evaluation proposals is being put forward by the analysis.
