The competition among companies is much increased by the rapid developing ofChinese economy.21stcentury is a period for knowledge. To take advantage of thecompetition, one company must fully master and utilize all kinds of limited resources,including human resources, financial resources, material resources and marketinformations etc. Actually, the competition among companies is the competition of thetalents. Any organization cannot survive without human resources, that’s because all theother resources cannot become effective without human resources. However, humanresources planning is the basis of all the human resources management activities, and it’salso one important part of company’s overall strategic planning.This article focuses on human resources planning. Based on the internal and externalenvironment analysis of X company, it describes the current status of human resourceplanning in this company, find the potential problems within the company, and finallyworks out a better proposal on the human resource planning for X company, which willhelp X company to grow stronger in the future.
