Study On Cooperate Of Linyi Comprehensive Bonded Zone Virtual Dry Port And Ports

Global economic integration and China’s foreign trade volume rising year by year make our country’s ports develop towards a new tendency.The development and construction of the comprehensive bonded zone virtual dry port accelerates the development of logistics and other service industry, promotes the internationalization of the inland city,simultaneously enhance the competitiveness of the port and comprehensive bonded zone.On the basis study of domestic and foreign research status,this paper firstly describes the theory of the dry port and virtual dry port in detail,secondly builds comprehensive evaluation system from customer satisfaction,finance,cooperation and the size of ports,thirdly use PCA to process the index and DEA、SFA to evaluate the efficiency of cooperation.Finally get the comprehensive rank of the ports and give suggestions of the cooperation.This paper can be divided into six parts:Part one,introducing the purpose and significance of this paper and research status of dry port theory and practice development at home and abroad.Part two,analyzing the content of the dry port, the development patterns and the construction significance of virtual dry port,then describing the performance evaluation methods,laying the theoretical foundation for the detailed below.Part three,analyzing the necessity of Linyi comprehensive bonded zone construction and the cooperation between virtual dry port and ports, select candidate ports to cooperate.Part four, evaluating the virtual dry port and ports cooperation using DEA and SFA model after processing index through PCA.According to the results of the evaluation, select the cooperate ports.Part five,giving the specific way and risk of corporation.Expect to guide the Linyi comprehensive bonded zone choose the right port in the future and give a guidance to other areas.Part six,draw the conclusion and point out the future research work.
