The Study On The Macro The Spatial Change Of Land Transfer Model And Micro Response Of The Agent Behavior In: A Case Study Of Xi’an City

With the increasing process of urbanization, the peri-urban region is no longer so strong any more, and the problem of issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area become more and more prominent. Who will do the farm work? How to deal with the farm work? How to allot the profit? All of these questions bother both the farmers and the policy makers. Along with the process of land transfer goes on, many potential problems were exposed, some of them are quite intense especially in the peri-urban region. Land transfer will bring a significant impact on future agriculture producing and farmers’benefit, so, the research of Xian land transfer problems in urban and rural juncture would make a progress on solving land transfer problems and agricultural industrialization to Guanzhong plain or even the whole country.This article analyzed the current land transfer in the peri-urban region of Xi’an city. Through constructing the indicators assessment system of land transfer model and using the survey collecting data of individual farmer households, cooperatives and agriculture industries, the economic achievement of land transfer models were calculated. Then, the spatial pattern of different land transfer models was analyzed. Finally, the spatial change of land transfer model was revealed through designing3different scenarios. The conclusions were drawing as the following:(1) The different land transfer model has the different economic achievement. It will provide the theoretical premise of the spatial optimal configuration to the land transfer model. The economic achievement will be calculated through the indicators of assessment system of land transfer model. Compared to the different among the indictors, the reason that caused will be revealed.(2) The indicators among assessment system of land transfer model have the different weight. The indicator of agriculture economic development is the greatest weight indicator, and has the most effect on the economic achievement. The greater weight indicator is the improve life indicator, the list indicator is the agriculture industry development indicator.(3) The main land use transfer model in different counties is different. The main land use transfer model in Huxian County is cooperative, in Gaoling County is the rent land model, and Liantian County is Contract after rent model.(4) The different county has the different main type of economic achievement of land transfer model. Chang’an County has the highest economic achievement to all land transfer model, and its type mainly is the strongest attraction type, the types in Gaoling County is stronger attraction type, and in Huxian County and Lantian County is the list attraction types.
