Comparative Analysis On The Transfer Mode Of Agricultural Land In China

Under the current land system in China,the operation status of land transfer affects the optimal allocation of land resources.Under the guidance of national policies,a variety of agricultural land transfer modes have emerged in various regions.This paper selects four typical agricultural land transfer modes for comparison to provide reference for the selection of agricultural land transfer modes in various regions in the future.This paper expounds the four comparatively typical agricultural land circulation mode,namely agricultural land swaps circulation mode,there are land of farmland circulation mode,the joint stock cooperative system of farmland circulation patterns and land for housing + contracted land for social security pattern,through their typical cases to sum up the advantages and disadvantages of each mode,to respect the farmer to choose,both fairness and efficiency on the basis of predecessors’ research,this article put forward comparing four kinds of agricultural land circulation mode dimensions: Whether it can promote scale operation and agricultural modernization,whether it can really increase farmers’ economic income,whether it is conducive to ensuring national food security,whether it is conducive to sustainable development,and select relevant factors for analysis.Their respective functions and effects,adaptive areas and scope,sustainability and vitality are summarized.Through comparative study,this paper argues that China’s state of diversified land circulation mode coexist in the short term is still exist,but because of the model itself has its adaptability,vitality strength is different,farmers’ economic level under the existing mode of transitional development,has entered a new stage,due to the pursuit of a higher economic efficiency,in some parts of the interchange mode may be replaced by other patterns,reform area is shrinking;"Double exchange" mode,with the support of laws and policies,can realize the leap-forward development of citizenization of farmers and gradually radiate the reform of surrounding rural areas,which is a relatively long-term process.There land joint stock cooperative system and the two kinds of farmland circulation pattern both in promote the healthy and orderly development of the scaleoperation,stability,increase farmers’ income,or in the protection of food security,promote the sustainable development of the state,and so on overall in better level,in the future development tend to the dominant mainstream mode.At last,the paper gives some ideas about how to improve the two main models and other models.
