| The thesis aims to study the relationships among leader-member exchange, organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior by using empirical methodology based on former related researches. The research mainly explored how leader-member exchange influences citizenship behavior in organizations and the mediating role of organizational justice between leader-member exchange on OCB. Besides, the thesis also introduces the member's perceived trust into the research framework to explore its moderating effects among the targeted variables.The sample of this study come from some major SOEs in five cities around China, the number of valid sample is 245, and through the result of correlation analysis, linear regression analysis, CFA and EFA, we find strong support of our major hypothesis in the dyadic level. We also used SEM to fit our data and modified the model till getting a model which fits data better.
