In today’s increasingly competitive environment, team cooperation has become a new way of working, in the enterprise, the leader of the employee’s behavior and performance has a more influence, the leader to take what kind of way to improve team performance has become an important topic, practical problems are very concerned about this is the leader of the.Leader member exchange theory as a field in the western China got off to a late start.According to the domestic and foreign related theory, the leader member exchange as the dependent variable, the team performance as an outcome variable. At the same time, reading through the literature summary, found that leader member exchange affect organizational citizenship behavior, organizational citizenship behavior, also have an impact on team performance, based on this, we put the organizational citizenship behavior as our research perspective, the organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating variable, leading members of the exchange effect on team performance.This paper adopts questionnaire method to study, the questionnaire were collected, using SPSS17.0to analyze the questionnaire results, the reliability analysis, validity analysis, correlation analysis to verify the hypothesis of this paper, draw the following conclusions:(1) Through empirical analysis, draw four-emotion, loyalty, respect, with major dimensions of leader member exchange have significant positive effect on employee performance and organizational citizenship behavior.(2) Through empirical analysis, the organizational citizenship behavior has a positive effect on team performance.(3) Through the analysis, proved that organizational citizenship behavior plays an intermediary role in the leader member exchange and team performance.
