With the rapid development of the domestic mobile Internet in recent years,the Internet industry has changed our life and traditional business models.The Internet industry has been supported by the government.But at the same time of flourishing,the turnover rate of Internet industry has been high.As we can see,the Internet as an emerging industry,their employees are generally young,they are more independent,and their psychological appeal is stronger than other groups.They are eager for success and willing to accept a challenging work.At the same time,they focus on the realization of self-worth.By contrast,they are more likely to generate turnover intention.The study is based on previous theoretical studies,and incorporates the factors that may lead to turnover intention such as leader-member exchange,psychological capital into a unified research framework.First,after reading many references,we get the clear concept,measurement questionnaire and the relationship of leader-member exchange,psychological capital and turnover intention.Then we build the model between the three and add psychological capital as a moderator variable.At the same time,we put forward three basic hypotheses.Second,on the basis of mature measurement questionnaire,we collect 80 valid questionnaires around the Internet industry.On the basis of samples,we revise the questionnaire.At last,we collect 204 valid questionnaires in formal research and conduct the mathematical analysis,and the moderating effect is confirmed.The practical research proved the three research hypotheses,H1:leader-member exchange is negatively related with turnover intention;H2:psychological capital is negatively related with turnover intention;H3:psychological capital has the adjusting function between the leader-member exchange and turnover intention.Through the empirical study,we give some conclusions and management suggestions.Firstly,we can improve the quality of leader-member exchange relationship from the perspective of leader.Secondly,we can raise the importance of psychological capital and increase the employee's psychological capital.Lastly,we point out limitations and future research direction in this research.
