New Regional Economic Growth Theory Evaluation Of Sustainable Development

Sustainable development is a focus on long-term development model of economic growth。It is also a way of harmonious development between people and people, people and society, man and nature as well as other relative aspects. For our country, it is the necessary condition to realize sustainable economic growth.However, this strategic needs implementing in many different parts. That is the so-called regional sustainable development. Based on such a background, this paper constructs a evaluation model of regional sustainable development practically and operability. Using this evaluation system can evaluate the different parts of the sustainable development ability. And then provide a scientific basis for the formulation and adjustment of regional policy.First, this paper starts from research the domestic and international sustainable development.Through researching on the relevant contents of sustainable development domestic and international can define the connotation of the regional sustainable development strategy.Secondly, in view of the sustainable development of the regional situation according to the theory of new economy, sustainable development theory and the regional sustainable development theory this three theory as the instruction, comprehensive related discipline knowledge, can build the regional sustainable development evaluation model. Study the sustainable development in quantitative to reveal the evolution degree of sustainable development also the reasons for such changes.Finally, taking xi’an economic zone as an example, with the established regional evaluation system to conduct xi’an economic zone on empirical analysis and comprehensive evaluation. Through theoretical analysis and empirical study, this paper comes to the following conclusions:first, in terms of ability overall sustainable development, the sustainable development of xi "an ability to lag behind and the southeast coastal areas in China, in the sustainable development ability has the obvious difference. Second, xi’an the basic way to implement the strategy of sustainable development is to improve the quality of human resources, vigorously develops the circulation economy, build a resource-conserving and environmentally friendly society.
