Research On The Innovative Methods Of Sustainable Development Of Coal Logistics In Shanxi

With the further integration of coal resources in Shanxi, coal production capacityhas been improved. At the same time, coupled with China’s policy support on thedevelopment of the logistics industry, the coal logistics industry which has an importantposition in Shanxi logistics industry ushers in a rare development opportunity. But theShanxi coal logistics industry started relatively late, logistics equipment is relativelybackward, the infrastructure is still not perfect, modern logistics information technologyapplication level is low, logistics professional is lack, the phenomenon of pollution andwaste is serious, and finally lead to a low logistics efficiency. At the same time, due tofierce competition between coal logistics enterprise, the extensive pattern indevelopment and the lack in long-term planning, cause the enterprise life cycle to beshort. Therefore, how to seize the development opportunities and explore the method torealize the sustainable development of coal logistics industry has become a task of toppriority in the current situation.The concept of the modern logistics, coal logistics, refined logistics managementand the theory of sustainable development are defined by the literature analysis method.And the paper also analyses the present situation of research on Coal LogisticsSustainable Development at home and abroad, finds out the main factors affecting thesustainable development of Shanxi coal logistics by the SWOT analysis of presentsituation of Shanxi coal logistics, uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method todesign and establish index system of main factors affecting the sustainable developmentof Shanxi coal logistics, uses the questionnaire survey method to collect relevant dataand verify the correctness of the selected index.Research shows that factors affecting the sustainable development of Shanxi CoalLogistics have mainly five aspects: the external environment, logistics infrastructure,human resources, logistics informatization, management philosophy. And on this basis,the article establishes the index of sustainable development of Shanxi coal logistics. Themain conclusions of this paper are as follows: in order to realize the construction ofsustainable development system of coal logistics, this paper suggests to consider fromthe following five aspects: creating a good external environment, improving thelogistics infrastructure, cultivating and the introducing the logistics professionals,enhancing the level of logistics information, using the correct management philosophy. Hope that this study can improve the Shanxi coal logistics status, and providerelevant innovative suggestions to the sustainable development of the Shanxi coallogistics, so as to enhance the competitiveness of Shanxi coal logistics and promote theeconomic development of Shanxi financially, and provide a reference for otherprovinces and even the country about sustainable development of coal logistics.
