Coupling Of The Tourism Industry And Economic Development Of Different Regions Of The Scales

In recent years，the rapid development of China’s tourism industry has more andmore influence on the regional economy. Scientific analysis of the role of the tourismindustry on the regional economy，clear the position of the tourism industry in theregional economic development，to provide a scientific basis for the development oftourism resources， tourism policy-making， and help to promote the coordinatedevelopment of the tourism industry and the regional economy. On the other hand，wecannot ignore the fact that the regional economic development has a promoting effect tothe tourism industry, and it is an important basic condition for the development oftourism industry. The purpose of this paper is to explore China and China’s31provinces(municipalities) the degree of interaction and coordination of the development of thetourism industry and regional economic development. In this paper，draw support fromyears of national authority’s tourism statistics，we had a quantitative research on tourismindustry and regional economics’ coupling coordination degree of China and China’s31provinces (municipalities)，in order to help the healthy development of the tourismindustry of our country.Combined with domestic and foreign industrial structure theory，regional economictheory，coupling coordination theory and summary of empirical research，this paperdefined the relevant concepts，and the mechanism of coupling coordination of China’stourism industry and economic development was analyzed. In the empirical analysispart，by designing the index system，the coupling coordination degree model of thetourism industry with the regional economy was established，the comprehensiveevaluation value of the tourism industry system，the comprehensive evaluation value ofthe tourism industry and the regional economy and coupling coordination degree ofregional economic system of our country and31provinces (cities) was calculated bysoftware of Matlab and Excel. According to the different coupling coordination degreeof different regions，the coupling and cooperation of the tourism industry and theeconomical development regulate strategy was put forwarded.Through data analysis：(1) since2005-2012, the development of our country’scoupling and coordination of the tourism industry and regional economy can be dividedinto four stages：In2005，it was in a low coupling stage； In2006，it was in aantagonistic stage； in2007-2009it was in run-in stage； in2010-2012it was in highlevel coupling stage.(2) From the time point， the coupling and coordination of the tourism industry and the regional economic of our country’s31provinces (cities) werein the process of development，the degree of the coupling and coordination wereincreasing，indicate various regions of China’s tourism industry and regional economicmutual promotion and mutual development， the degree of coordination is gettingbetter；From the space point，eastern coastal developed areas has more provinces (cities)with high degree of coupling and coordination，the west region has the oppositesituation，presents the spatial distribution characteristics of the "east west high low".Inthe high level coupling coordination phase：Guangdong; In the run-in stage: Jiangsu，Zhejiang，Shandong；In the antagonistic stage： Beijing，Liaoning，Shanghai，Henan，Sichuan， Hubei；In the low level stage：Tianjin，Hubei，Shanxi，Inner Mongolia，Jilin，Heilongjiang，Anhui，Fujian，Jiangxi，Hunan，Guangxi，Hainan，Chongqing，Guizhou，Yunnan，Tibet， Shanxi，Gansu，Qinghai， Ningxia， Xinjiang.
