For R&D project to explore the risk factors, the root cause is inseparable fromits industry. Electrical machinery manufacturing industry in the development ofinnovative industrial projects subject to contractual limitations, and the developmentof infrastructure projects misaligned, causing risk R&D projects. On the market, themarket supply and demand generator product has been basically in balance,exploration companies in the development, improve efficiency, support for researchand development, project risk should make a thorough and meticulous investigation.On the possible risks to develop appropriate prevention and solutions to makeadequate preparations for the specific operation and security research anddevelopment projects. So, to build a set of contingency plans to avoid the risk of thesystem, is likely to win the R&D enterprise project market is an importantguarantee. This article will be examples as a basis for a comprehensive discussion ofthe theory, including the risk of making the distinction between R&D projects,evaluation, comments and suggestions proposed rationalization of emergency, aswell as implementation.
