Based On SWOT Analysis Under The Perspective Of The PPP Mode Risk Management Present Situation And Countermeasure Research

PPP, the Private Public Partnership, refers to a log-term cooperation relationship based on the franchise agreement to provide certain public goods and services by the public sector. The essence of the PPP model is that the government introduces market competition into the infrastructure construction by providing private companies long-term franchise agreement and income right, in order to achieve more effective public service.In this thesis, the SWOT is used to analyze the current situation and countermeasures for risk management in PPP model. SWOT theory is one of the most commonly used method of enterprise strategy analysis, and the advantage of the theory is that can make the enterprise to obtain more accurate, safe and effective information. Advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise is analyzed by combining the internal resources and external environment, which is helpful to fully understand the opportunities and challenges faced by the enterprises.Based on the PPP project risk research, appropriate risk management countermeasures is offered. In the research, through the theory published in the <Enterprise risk managementIntegration framework >and < Enterprise risk management- Applied technology> by COSO, the risks in the PPP project risk management are systematically analyzed, and some certain countermeasures are correctly pointed.
