At present,the mobile communication project market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,the original project operation mode has been unable to adapt to the existing market competition.Because of the particularity of the project itself,the risk factors faced by the mobile communication project are very extensive,and the loss caused by the risk is also very huge.Only by continuously improving the level of project management and enhancing the core competitiveness can we be in a leading position in the market competition.As a very important part of project management,risk management ability is one of the core competencies,is the core element of project management level,is the key to enhance the competitiveness of telecommunications enterprises."Linyuan envies the fish,it is better to retreat to networking," the telecommunications operators are actively promoting the communication project risk management level,and will gradually become a new core competitiveness of telecommunications enterprises.Based on the research status of project management at home and abroad,the concept of project risk management and the process of project risk management,this paper studies the risk management of Guangyuan GSM main equipment installation project.Firstly,it discusses the background and project style of Guangyuan GSM main equipment installation project.In order to improve the risk management level of Guangyuan GSM main equipment installation project,ensure the smooth implementation of the project and reduce project losses,the project risk management strategy is formulated according to the specific conditions of the project.According to the process of project risk management,this paper firstly identifies the risk of Guangyuan GSM main equipment installation project.Through the collection of project risk factors,the listing of risk checklist,and the investigation of project risk factors,it obtains the identification result of project risk factors indicators,and the existence of Guangyuan GSM main equipment installation project.Project contract risk,project technical risk,project human resource risk,project quality risk,project schedule risk and other risks,each project risk factor index contains a detailed risk index items.In this paper,the AHP method is used to establish the AHP index system of project risk factors.Combined with AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the risk degree of Guangyuan GSM main equipment installation project is evaluated.The result shows that the contract risk value of the project is 0.7908,the risk is high,and the human resource risk value of the project is 0.479.5,low risk,project technical risk value of 0.6095,high risk,project quality risk value of 0.5547,moderate risk,project schedule risk value of 0.6708,high risk,project implementation risk value of 0.6272,high risk.In view of the different risks of the project,this paper formulates the means and Strategies of project risk prevention and control,including signing a detailed and reasonable project contract,rationally arranging project human resources,trying to retain talents,using advanced technology and skilled technical personnel,using advanced quality management methods,doing a good job of project quality management,using first Advanced progress management methods,do a good job of progress management,in order to reduce the risk of the project,improve the level of project risk management.
