Research On Risk Management Of LDY Financing Project Of China Construction Bank

With the growing per capita income of national and the rapid development of smart technology,people’s growth in wealth is no longer satisfied with a single investment channel,and investors’ financial needs and spending habits have also begun to change dramatically.In order to better adapt to the changes of investors and meet the financial management needs of investors,a large number of financial projects of the banks have flocked to them.However,the over-expansion of financial projects has also made it more difficult for financial project risk management.The paper started with the LDY financial project of Construction Bank,and comprehensively applied the theories,methods,and techniques of project risk management to carry out systematic research on the risk identification,risk assessment,and risk response of this financial project.Exploring the effective approaches to manage risk management of this financial project and propose corresponding project transformation and upgrading programs.First,starting with project management planning and the processes of project risk management.Recognized the risk of LDY financial project and formulated the risk management plan.And detailed recognized risk of the internal and external environmental risks faced by the project.The primary risks that have recognized include: external market risk,internal project development risk and operational risk.Secondly,we use the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to evaluate the 3 risk importance of LDY financial projects.We get the weight coefficient corresponding to the project is obtained.And the conclusion that "strengthening project management" is more important than "strengthening project design" is obtained.Therefore,according to the life cycle of the project,the corresponding risk prevention measures are put forward for market risk,development design risk and promotion operation risk.Finally,for the current condition of the LDY financial project,from the design,using tools and platforms of the modern scientific and from this controllable secondary risk of project development and design,combined with the design feedback in the project,strengthened the controllability of development and design,which is helpful for the later development and maintenance of the project.
