In recent years, the government encourages the development of new economicenergy-saving environmental projects, along with the expansion of national economy,environmental protection, energy saving, power demand, power air hybrid vehicle hasexcellent environmental protection, energy-saving performance of the market demand willincrease greatly. At present, the main source of project construction, construction site,factory production of power needed for hydropower, wind power, nuclear power, thermalpower and fuel power generation, the cost is relatively high, and some way of generatingsuch as thermal power, fuel power generation will bring very serious pollution to theenvironment and development, water conservancy power is also accompanied by the passageof time, gradually showed adverse consequences for the region where the naturalenvironment and geological environment brings. Compared to other energy sources, energyacquisition mode of air pressure is very convenient, but also rich in resources, its cost ismuch lower than the other electric energy acquisition mode. The air compressor power, istransformed into one of the power plant, construction site, required for the works, throughthe pressure station centralized power supply mode is also a very good prospects. This willbe the future project in one direction that the car industry outside.Based on the background of Liaoning Province, a pneumatic hybrid engineindustrialization project, and based on field research in the related literature of consulting alarge number of design and evaluation of the project, first discusses the necessity ofpneumatic hybrid engine industry status and engineering construction. Then, the location andconstruction condition, technology design, equipment and project plan, organization andstaffing, program and analysis of energy saving, environmental impact assessment andhealth and safety aspects of the design and management system for air hybrid engineindustrialization project. At last, a comprehensive assessment of the project, containingenvironmental influence assessment, energy-saving assessment, economic evaluation, socialevaluation,the conclusion is reached.
