| Since the birth of modern project management,the GERT and DSM have been one of the typical representative.However,with the deepening of project management,the classic GERT and classical DSM are also facing great challenges in the process of modeling,the complexity of project system is promoted,the information uncertainty is increased,and the quality requirement is enhanced.Therefore,this paper is based on the classical DSM and GERT modeling theory as the overall framework,then do depth study on the project complexity,information uncertainty and high quality requirements and so on,in order to obtain a more effective project management new model and new method.Firstly,based on the DSM theory,interval number theory and quality management theory,the interval DSM model considering quality factors is constructed,then focus on the important role of uncertainty and quality feedback in the DSM optimization model.Finally,a case is optimized.Secondly,combined with the GERT network theory and interval number theory,the important role of the interval GERT network with quality constraints in uncertain environment is considered.In the modeling process,not only consider the time and cost,but also outstand the quality index,then take the whole project time,cost and quality as a multi-objective optimization problem,based on the genetic algorithm to obtain the optimal solution,at last a case is illustrated.Finally,considering the characteristics of DSM and GERT network in project management,compare and analyze the characteristics of these two models,highlight their strengths,learn from each other,and form a fusion method,then construct the DSM-GERT hybrid model based on kernel density estimation and Monte Carlo simulation.Then,the interval numbers are used to represent the uncertain information,and the interval DSM-GERT hybrid model is constructed.This paper through the extended modeling of DSM and GERT network,to a certain extent,it broadens the new models and methods of project management,and overcome the limitations of the classical DSM and GERT network.It can effectively solve the problem of complexity of the system,high quality requirements,information uncertainty and so on. |
