With the current development of information technology, enterprise informationtechnology to enhance the level of corporate management is increasingly becomingperformance, reduce operating costs and improve market competitiveness is animportant guarantee. However, compared to the information technology infrastructureand platform construction deepening, enterprise for IT and IT service managementorganization’s own concern was not enough work. It led directly to the enterprises inthe construction and application of information technology increasingly higher costs.And it is difficult to meet the requirements of quality of IT service. These issues needto be considered to IT management in technology and management, based on acombination of particularity, through ITSM construction, process reengineering and ITmanagement of change within the organization to resolve, and ultimately the businessof information technology and business efficiency integrate.This paper introduces the basic concepts of IT Service Management, the coreideas and best practice framework ITIL. On this basis, introduces informationtechnology and IT service management foundation status of Happigo Co.,Ltd., ananalysis of its presence in the IT service management deficiencies and problems,expounded the necessity ITSM system of Happigo Co.,Ltd. Then,trying through theintroduction of best practices in IT Service Management ITIL framework to study howIT service management through goal setting, organizational restructuring,management, core processes and technology platforms to design, build IT servicemanagement meet the needs of Happigo’s ITSM system. And in relation to theimplementation and guarantee of this system to propose the planning andrecommendationsIn short based on the research of Happigo ITSM, the paper propose a solution tosolve the challenges of IT service management for small or medium enterprise, andput forward specific programs for the implementation of Thinking.I hope this programand thinking to be able to provide a similar enterprise IT service managementreference.
