The Study On The Priority Order Of Undertaking Industrial Transfer In Shucheng County

Regional industrial transfer is the rapid product in the context of economic globalization, it is the economic behavior and processes which is from one re gion to another region. The capacity to undertake industrial transfer for a region always represents whether it can effectively introduce external factors resulting in the optimization and upgrading of its industrial structure.With the globalization of economy and the further development of the inf ormation technology revolution, the international and domestic industrial structur e appear significant adjustment, developed countries abroad make large-scale in dustrial transfer to developing countries, China’s coastal developed areas have a lso speed up economic transformation and speed up the industrial transfer to th e Midwest. Currently, Anhui province is making great efforts to promote the c onstruction of demonstration area of undertaking industrial transfer to Wanjiang City Belt. As one of the59counties (cities,districts), For Shucheng, how to s elect leading industries correctly and combine the leading industries with key i ndustries based on meet the needs of undertaking industrial transfer and rely o n own advantages is the key to achieve spanning economic and social develop ment of the county in Twelve Five times.Among the many industries in Shucheng County, the pillar industries with the ability to undertake have a long history of local development, a solid foundation and a good economic structure. Therefore, choose the pillar industries in the many industries in order to determine the priority order of undertaking industries in Shucheng county, this paper first introduces the concept and related theoretical foundation of the undertaking industrial transfer and the priority order, taking into account the current background of industrial transfer and the actual situation of Shucheng county, According Five aspects of the industry,the paper constructs relevant indexes to build a model of the ability of the industry to undertake in Shucheng county, Through empirical analysis,we can calculate the ranking of the industry for the research of the priority order of undertaking industries in Shucheng county, determine the pillar industry with the ability to undertake in Shucheng county, and provide data support and theoretical basis for the undertaking industries in Shucheng county. Finally, this paper analyzes the problems in the process of undertaking industrial transfer in Shucheng county, and provide relevant policy recommendations.
