H Park Undertakes The Performance Evaluation Index System Of Industrial Transfer Building Research

Southern Hunan Xiangxi undertaking industrial transfer demonstration area construction is a significant historical opportunity to realize open the rise in southern Hunan Xiangxi area,scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system can effectively promote undertaking industrial transfer,but the existing performance evaluation system is not scientific evaluation to undertake its results and effective incentives to undertake industrial transfer,so the performance evaluation index system for scientific construction is extremely important.This paper systematically reviews the influence factors of industrial transfer,the influence factors of industrial transfer performance,mechanism,undertake industrial transfer performance evaluation index system of related research,on the basis of using the ability to undertake the industrial transfer structure theory,industrial agglomeration effects to undertake industry transfer performance theory has been clear about the undertake industrial transfer performance evaluation index system of the objectives,principles,and build a train of thought.Through the analysis of the existing performance evaluation index system for undertaking industrial transfer in H park,it is found that it is excessively focused on the growth of short-term economic factors and ignores the correlation between industrial agglomeration and industrial transfer.Based on the current problems existing in the performance evaluation index system,this paper design the form of questionnaires,from strengthening undertaking industrial transfer ability and the effect of industrial agglomeration to undertake industrial transfer,construct the newperformance evaluation index system,USES the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the index weight,dimensions to specific evaluation criteria,evaluation index system of refactoring.By applying the evaluation index system constructed in this paper to evaluate the transfer performance of undertaking industries in H park,this paper points out the problems existing in the process of undertaking industries,and puts forward relevant improvement countermeasures:(2)give play to the traction of "two main,one auxiliary and one special" industrial agglomeration;(3)scientific and long-term performance evaluation is used to stimulate the undertaking of industrial transfer.These countermeasures have certain practical guiding significance for improving the performance of undertaking industrial transfer and realizing characteristic development in H park.
