The structural unemployment problem of university students is facing more and moreserious with higher education popularization, because of the differences between laborskills and social needs. Meanwhile, the training mode of the current education system isrelatively backward which is not adapting with the requirement of the rapid economicdevelopment. Pre-employment training can help students successfully converting fromhigher education students to workplace people. In China, pre-employment training is anew-born thing, which is not formed completely and efficiently. Furthermore, few studiesabout the pre-employment training are carried on. Pre-employment training plays animportant role on business development and personal career. Therefore, this studyconstructs the pre-employment training evaluation model of post-90s employees, andcreats an effective assessment system of pre-employment training.This study focuses on the new generation employees. Based on Kirkpatrick four-levelevaluation model, this paper constructs the new generation pre-employment training modelappraised by Delphi method, AHP method and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation methodand by using the empirical research. The main conclusions of this paper are:(1) The newmodel is made up by4first-level indicators,14secondary indicators and36tertiaryindicators.(2) The behavior and the result account for a large proportion of first indicators.About secondary indicator, staff awareness, financial indicators and work attitude carry thehigher weight than training environment, the principle of knowledge and training teachers.For the tertiary indicators, it is weighted to the employees’ alignment, the collective senseof honor and sense of belonging, employees’ morale and spirit, training expenses andcorporate benefit after training. Meanwhile, reasonable complementary of teacher structure,training venues, usage of multimedia facilities and scientific training mode are taken theless weighted on the tertiary indicators.(3) Evaluation of A company’s2012newgeneration employees is used by comprehensive evaluation model of new generationemployees. Based on the positive result, the author makes a constructive suggestion to thenew model.This model enriches the existing pre-employment training effect evaluation theoryand also expands the application scope of Kirkpatrick four-level evaluation model.Meanwhile, the new model provides an effective method to evaluate the post-90semployees’ pre-employee training. Innovations of this paper are:(1) building thecomprehensive evaluation model of new generation pre-employment training which is verified by the case (2) combining the Delphi method, AHP method and FuzzyComprehensive Evaluation method to construct the new generation pre-employmenttraining model (3) putting forward proposals to the A company’s2012pre-employmenttraining on the base of the pre-employment training evaluation model of post-90semployees.
