Design On Performance Appraisal System Of Production Line Workers In H Company

This thesis takes the production line workers in a manufacturing enterprise as the research object. Each company will face the problems how to overcome the difficulty of finding production line workers and how to solve the problem of cost up of production line labor. One of the good solutions for the problems is to improve the performance of employees to increase the productivity of employees and reduce production line workers.Something will affect the effective operation of the performance appraisal system. For examples, the results of the performance appraisal are not applied well. Not enough and sustained performance communication between the employees and the superiors. The enterprise does not give full support, and so on. The thesis brings forward some ways such as broadening the channels for effective communication, strengthening the support for performance management, improving the application of the performance appraisal results, etc. All above actions can make the enterprise’s performance management to a new level.
