With the development of information technology, the growth of enterprise competition and the changing of market structure, more and more companies realize the importance of informatization and invest a lot of capital for the implementation of management information system, to promote the process of enterprise informatization. As advanced theory and important means of enterprise informatization, ERP can help companies establish modern management concept, also improve operational efficiency and management level. However, the situation of ERP implementation is not optimistic because high investment does not necessarily bring them higher returns. Therefore, assessing the effect of ERP has become the focus of research in the field of informatization.Firstly, this paper describes the current research of ERP performance evaluation and theories of the Balanced Scorecard and the Performance Prism. Then, based on the analysis of the feasibility and rationality of combining the two models, the paper creatively build a integrated model, proposes a method of determining the index weight, processing raw data and calculating the final score. Finally, selecting H company as a case, the paper uses the evaluation system to evaluate the performance of ERP implementation and reveals it’s influence on the company.The performance evaluation system of ERP implementation presented by the paper is scientific, rational and practical to some extent, and can provide theoretical reference and methodological guidance for the companies, as well as improve the rate of successful implementation of ERP systems and promote the use of ERP in our country.
