Research On Performance Evaluation Of X Chain Stores Based On Performance Prism Model

Chain operation is a modern business organization form and operation mode,which can improve the coordination ability and achieve the scale efficiency.In order to pursue the overall effect brought by economies of scale,chain enterprises have continuously expanded the number of stores and implemented cross-regional chain operations,making it more difficult to manage stores.Performance evaluation is an important means for enterprises to adjust their governance structure and optimize management.At the current stage,as enterprises become more closely connected to the external environment and corporate social responsibility is receiving more and more attention,in addition to shareholders,customers,employees,regulators and other stakeholders have also had a significant impact on business operations.Based on the investigation of the current situation of store performance evaluation in X chain enterprise,this paper finds that the current store performance evaluation method pays too much attention to financial indicators,ignores the interests of other stakeholders,and has not adapted to the requirements of modern enterprise management.This paper tries to introduce the performance prism model into the performance evaluation of X chain enterprise,so that chain enterprise can grasp the operation status of stores with comprehensive and scientific performance evaluation method,provide timely guidance and intervention to store operation,so as to ensure that the market operation activities of stores conform to the strategic development goals of enterprise,and ensure the sustainable and healthy development of enterprise.In this paper,through the combination of theoretical research and case analysis,the performance prism model is innovatively applied to the performance evaluation of X chain enterprise stores,which effectively overcomes the deficiency in the original performance evaluation method,expounds the performance prism model is used to analyze the X chain stores the process of performance evaluation research.Firstly,the performance evaluation,stakeholder and performance prism model were theoretically explained.Based on this,the status and problems of performance evaluation of X chain enterprise stores were analyzed,and the necessity and feasibility of performance evaluation using performance prism model were discussed.Secondly,determine the X chain stores of stakeholders,according to the five dimensions of performance prism model,designed based on the performance prism model X chain stores performance evaluation index system,using the analytic hierarchy process to determine index weight,in combination with the practical situation of the enterprise to set up the evaluation standard,evaluation of the performance of X chain stores in gain a more comprehensive and objective evaluation results,and puts forward the safeguard measures of the performance evaluation system to implement.Finally,based on the performance evaluation index system designed in this paper,using the Power Builder development platform,the X chain store performance evaluation system was designed and developed to achieve timely management of X chain store performance.Using the performance prism model as a performance evaluation method,it can evaluate its performance indicators in the five dimensions of stakeholder satisfaction,stakeholder contribution,strategy,process and ability,combining the goals of different stakeholders,the qualitative indexes and quantitative indexes,the combination of both process and result,makes up for the problem of excessive attention to financial indicators and neglect of stakeholders.This provides a new way for X chain enterprise to manage stores by means of performance evaluation,and also makes a new attempt for the practical application of performance prism model in the management of X chain enterprise.
